We now get breaks and meal periods!

Lauren worked so hard for our RNs. She puts her heart and soul into what she fights for. She went up against three seasoned hospital lawyers in arbitration and we were awarded compensation for most of our claims. Lauren is also very honest, realistic and has the highest moral standards. Our hospi...tal now regularly staffs break RNs for rest breaks and meal periods. We now also get compensated if we miss a break or meal. She helped to change the culture at our hospital.
