Lauren is that one in a million lawyer who is everything a person could hope for when they are needing representation. It goes without saying that she is smart, thoughtful, strategic and incredibly knowledgeable about the law and how to best apply to each individual situation. I cannot be 100% specific in my case as the information is very sensitive. However, I was wrongfully terminated from 2 employers due to racial discrimination and whistleblowing. My case took maybe 2 years to get resolved for one and less than a year for the other to get resolved, but the outcome was ...better than what I expected. They were both settled and I did not have to go to court which was good. I was prepared to though if we had to go. She did a good job with explaining to me about the process and the pros and cons of each case . Lauren was very good at communicating at all times. She is by far the best lawyer ever. Being a person of color I felt heard and understood. I also knew 100% that she cared about my situation and it wasn’t just about money and that made me very appreciative. People who are greedy tend to not handle things right, but Lauren definitely made me feel like she wanted to do all she could to help me and she did. She deserved every penny and more really! Lauren made everything so calm and comfortable. Having never been in a Law Suit before and the other side could make things very intimidating.
