Great Lawyer - Caring, Honest & Trustworthy

Irma has been an awesome lawyer for me and multiple family members. She never lied or misguided me simply for my business, she kept it accurate with all facts and straight to the point/down to earth in terms of expectations. I definitely do recommend her and would go with her again. She has pe...rsonally helped me with these items: *DACA (deferred status and work permit) *I-130, Petition for Alien Relative *I-601A, Application for Provisional Unlawful Presence Waiver I am an over-thinker, over-worrier mixed with overly anxious about the process to say the least, at the time of my Juarez interview my wife was pregnant and based on the timeline I would be gone during the time she was set to deliver our baby. Irma was able to help me expedite my interview to ensure I wouldn't miss my son's birth. Irma did everything humanly possible to walk me and explain all the steps (of all the applications & all the timelines) to make sure I felt comfortable and sure with my decisions on which steps to take and what if concerns if any and how we would tackle them. She went out of her way answering my multiple questions often times after our meetings as they would come to mind. I had concerns about tattoo's that were not 100% removed by laser and was afraid that could be interpreted as gang affiliated and would be used against me and my case. She again went out of her way to find me options for what information to gather and multiple options to avoid any issues overall left me feeling confident about the position I was in. The appointment in Juarez was the most overwhelming experience in my life but she made me feel as safe and sure about the steps we were taking and possible outcomes. Happy to say I currently have my permanent residency and will be going back to Irma when it's time to become a citizen. Thank you Irma!

Caring & Informative lawyer...

Worked with Irma twice & could not have asked for a more caring, informative, and “on your side” type of lawyer. The 1st case was very traumatic for our family and very overwhelming, yet Irma took the time to explain all possible outcomes & assist our family in navigating the complicated process that... is “immigration.” She was honest and worked diligently on our case, answering all questions & responding to all phone calls, which occurred often. She was very patient with our family and understood our frustration, our family is forever grateful and she will always have a place in our heart & will always be considered part of our family as she is the reason why our father was able to remain in the U.S. For this reason we requested her services a 2nd time and once again we succeeded! When we were 1st faced with the challenge of immigration issues with my father we didn’t know where to turn & googled an attorney & we were lucky enough to have been blessed with meeting Irma! I know this review is lengthy & I rarely do reviews in general but I knew I had to let others know what an impact Irma had on our family & we are so grateful that we now get to see, hug, and celebrate my father, which may not have been possible without Irma. Thank you for giving us back our father and our happiness & thank you for all that you do, Eternally grateful, Marisol

Professional, genuine, and highly knowledgable.

Hiring Irma Perez was a very easy choice for me from the first consultation as she was very experienced and compassionate. Mrs. Perez not only provided lots of insight into how to navigate the Immigration process, but she lended friendly services that allowed my husband and myself to feel at ease kno...wing we were being helped. In addition, she was always available to us when we had questions and for any basic concerns. My case was also somewhat complicated given some technical issues, but Mrs. Perez's knowledge helped us overcome these obstacles and ultimately provide us with the winning results we had wanted all along. I would recommend her to my own family and friends.

Naturalization Application

I was referred to Attorney Perez through a colleague of hers who explained to me that Atty Perez had more experience in a case like mine. Long story short, I am a convicted felony and my charge was gun related. I had successfully renewed my residency before, but with the current administration I was ...concerned my application would be denied. I consulted Atty Perez, she helped me with my residency renewal, but also suggested I apply for naturalization. I was in uneasy about naturalization because of the interview process, and the disclosure of all convictions as a resident of the U.S. My thought process was, I'm Latino, with priors and convictions, and heavily tattooed. After discussing my hesitancy with Atty Perez, we decided to apply. Atty Perez explained the entire process of naturalization, my rights as a resident, what USCIS can and can't use against me, prepared me for the interview, but most of all, be honest about my criminal history and disclose that to USCIS. Through the entire process, if I had any questions or concerns Atty Perez always had the answer and put me at ease. Atty Perez was honest and up front of all the possible scenarios, but also assured me she would fight for me in the event the judgment came back against me. I couldn't have been happier retaining Atty Perez services, she was informative, made sure to remind me of any deadlines that were coming up that I needed to meet, and notified me of delays or changes in scheduled phone calls, meetings or court proceedings. I would absolutely recommend Atty Perez, she was professional, detailed orientated, knew the law, but what made the biggest impression was that she genuinely cared about my case and never judged me for my history. I've been a naturalized citizen now for a couple of years now, and I'm convinced that it would not have been possible without Atty Perez's help, I am truly grateful.

Excelente abogada, eficiente , honesta y dedicada
