Irma was able to help me expedite my interview to ensure I wouldn't miss my son's birth. Irma did everything humanly possible to walk me and explain all the steps (of all the applications & all the timelines) to make sure I felt comfortable and sure with my decisions on which steps to take and what if concerns if any and how we would tackle them. She went out of her way answering my multiple questions often times after our meetings as they would come to mind. I had concerns about tattoo's that were not 100% removed by laser and was afraid that could be interpreted as gang affiliated and would be used against me and my case. The appointment in Juarez was the most overwhelming experience in my life but she made me feel as safe and sure about the steps we were taking and possible outcomes.
