Emahn Counts

I am very fortunate to find Attorney Emahn Counts, and I would like to thank Counts Law Firm, including Katie, Jennifer, and Corey, for succeeding in my case. He was able to get a cash settlement from the defendant's business to dismiss lawsuit. Collections is just one of his areas of expertise. I... highly recommend Attorney Emahn Counts.

I've been meaning to leave this post for a while but just getting to it. After shopping around for attorneys I went with this guy. He was the first to lay out all the options and was pragmatic and objective in his approach. I took his advice ten years ago and had a very favorable outcome. I have rel...ied on him for counsel on several matters since. And I've seen him go up against other attorneys. This is the guy you want in your corner. Super sharp, solid, and resourceful.

Mr Counts is very knowledgable. I feel that he promises results but doesn't deliver what he says. His billing is confusing and excessive. I felt I was being overcharged, even though I never complained and paid his invoices. I don't recommended them because at the beginning he makes you believe he car...es but after a couple months it was obvious that he only cares about $$. Doesn't follow up emails, doesn't give advice to strengthen Case, excessive billing and poor results.

Mr. Counts did a great job of doing what I hired him to do, which was to sue another Lawyer for Judicial Malpractice. He then went beyond that though, and got the judgement levied against me reduced by 3/4, and then settled for 1/4 less than that! As for the Judicial malpractice case, We recovered 2.../3 of the settlement amount back from the Lawyer who the Bar said I should sue, and who referred me to Mr. Counts, WITHOUT GOING TO COURT! (Plus getting all of the bills from that Lawyer either waived or refunded!) He's honest and competent, patient and nice, and won't take your case if it's outside of his area of expertise.
