This attorney failed to file multiple, 4 or more, lawsuits by the statute of limitations due to negligence costing me in his own words at least 40 to 60k each. Some more, with other factors added in, were over six figures likely. Further, I discovered HE HAS NO INSURANCE AND HAS TOLD NONE OF HIS CL...IENTS AS REQUIRED BY THE BAR. IF THIS ATTORNEY WORKED WITH YOU WITH NO INSURANCE AND DID NOT TELL YOU IT IS A VIOLATION, UNETHICAL, AND IT VOIDED YOUR FEE SCHEDULE WITH HIM. He had NO RIGHT TO ANY PERCENTAGE OF YOUR MONEY. He is STILL WORKING WITH NO INSURANCE. He also FAILED TO FOLLOW MY WISHES and made two depositions, that HURT US, tanked one case, and is trying to charge me for them, with additional fees just added as punitive measures to try to force me from not pursuing my claim with the bar. Worst of all, on another case he failed to keep contact, return contact urging him to follow up on a settlement meeting where he gave bad advice based on his lack of knowledge for my case, but then DID NOT ANSWER A MOTION FROM OPPOSING COUNCIL AND MY CASE WAS DISMISSED DUE TO HIS NEGLIGENCE. Worse he never notified me at all, and then appealed the dismissal without telling me, lost again, and tried to hide this from me and never intended to tell me. This attorney exhibited sociopathic behavior based on lack of concern for all clients as they can not recover their losses after his bad acts due to not having insurance, and did not tell them. Any business partner, financial institutions or banks, attorneys working with him, all are at risk do to his behavior.
