Biography
I have been practicing plaintiff-side ERISA law since beginning my practice in 2005. I have only ever wanted to represent claimants because I believe in helping people. I have practiced in Illinois, North Carolina and now, California. It has been my great pleasure to assist so many over the years get the benefits they need and deserve. One of the best apsects of my practice is making the call to a client to let them know we have won their appeal and their benefits will be reinstated. Seeing the impact this has on my clients is wonderful.
I make it a daily practice to remain mindful of the difficult situation my clients are experiencing - illness, financial loss, stress. I decided to open my own law firm so I can work directly with each and every client to get their benefits awarded or restored. I make myself available to my clients because I know that they need to be able to reach the attorney working on their case.
