I’d give Mr. Monge a zero rating if I could. I hired him a few months ago to handle my divorce paperwork and he botched everything from the beginning. He filed everything late, gave me incorrect information and wouldn’t return my calls. Then, to top it off, he would speak to me very condescendingly w...
