Prior to founding the Kim Law Group, Kim served as the managing attorney for one of the largest national bankruptcy firms. Her extensive knowledge in managing multiple facets of legal services, she is committed to providing effective, efficient and quality legal services but not limited to Chapter 7, Chapter 13 and Chapter 11 bankruptcy services to her clients. Chapter 7 bankruptcy can eliminate credit card debt, medical bills and stop lawsuits. Chapter 7 bankruptcy can stop any pending lawsuits, wage garnishments and prohibits the creditors from contacting and harrassing the clients.
Ms. Kim has helped her clients by filing Chapter 13 bankruptcy. Chapter 13 can help homeowners save their homes from a pending foreclosure. An avid nature lover, she loves the outdoors, finding time to go camping in Yosemite and Sequoia mountains and skiing in Canada and Tahoe. When the weather is warm, she likes to go kayaking and hiking in Lake Havasu, San Diego and Scottsdale, AZ.
Kim is a member of the California State Bar, Long Beach County Bar Association and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. Kim is admitted to practice law in the Central, Eastern, Northern, Southern Districts of California and United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. She received Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and U.S. History from U.C. San Diego.
