I referred my mom to Caroline because she had previously worked on one of my associate's Chapter 13 case in the past that was successfully discharged. The stress of the current economy had led my mom into filing for Chapter 7. Going into this, we were very nervous as we did not know what to expect ...as my mom was a self-employed small business owner. I want to first mention I started my divorce in Nov 2020. Due to pandemic delays my petition did not move forward as fast as I would have liked. My lawyer at the time did not give me straight answers or guided me regarding the process. I had two court dates and my lawyer could not attend the hearings... to assist me. As a result, I lost precious time and money that I can never get back. Finally, in April 2022 I decided to work with Kim Law Group. I was immediately impressed with Caroline’s work ethics.
