Very Knowledgable & Thorough

Great Advice on Contract Review

Alex reviewed an employment contract for software development work that I was considering (I am a software developer). My company is based in another state, but the company I would work with was based in California. Alex responded very quickly, and reviewed the contract promptly. He offered severa...l insights into the contract that helped confirmed my suspicions about working with the company, and suggested a few courses of action I could take to protect myself should I still want to proceed with the contract. In the end, I did not sign the agreement, and I thank Alex for his expert help making me feel comfortable with my decision.
