We had Mr. Moon come on board to review and advise on a somewhat complicated civil litigation case involving courts in New York and Korea. What we wanted was a fresh pair of eyes to thoroughly review everything and provide an objective analysis of the case. We weren't sure what to expect, but when w...e got back his 8-9 page analysis we knew we had gotten what we needed. What I was particularly impressed with was his sincerity and care. In his analysis he reviewed the facts, he laid out our legal options (having researched case law for NY and Korea), he provided his professional opinions and recommendations, and he was just SO THOROUGH in explaining everything! And with this really humble, personable, and sincere attitude. At our request he also took us through several hypothetical actions and possible outcomes and consequences. He's a pretty young lawyer, but what he lacks in experience, he makes up with hard work and a determination to make a name for himself. And I believe he doesn't work alone, he consults with a team of other attorneys and many of them have many years of experience under their belt. So its nice knowing that you have somewhat of a "team" working on your case. Oh, and its rare to find someone who is fluent in both English and Korean - which, in our case, was absolutely necessary. He's just a really great find. He's a good attorney, but he's also just a good person - which means a lot when you're spending a lot of time and money embroiled in an unpleasant legal situation. I would definitely recommend putting him on your short list of lawyers to consult with.
