Never ever in my life i thought i would file. But like what they said. “Things happen” It took me years to decide and it actually did me worst. Sams company were really helpful. There were no judgement but genuine help. I was so nervous and was so scared but they made me feel so comfortable. Even... on the “court day” Sam was there to comfort us and give us advise. Now, im able to sleep better and i really learned. Thank you for the advised. the classes i took still helpes me today. Save yourself from stressing and chose a lawyer that really cares.. It was an unfortunate situation that after my divorce, in which I have lost everything, I had to file for bankruptcy. However, I was fortunate to hire Sam to file bankruptcy for me. Sam Benevento is an excellent Attorney! It's unfortunate that I had to claim bankruptcy, but because of the economy, I had to do it. He educated me on everything I needed to do to claim bankruptcy. Answered all my questions, and showed me how to do all the classes necessary and explained everything... that would happen at the actual court hearing. Once the court date was set ... I received a letter with the date, and directions; where to park, etc. I would recommend Sam Banevento to anyone.
