Mr. Robertson is admitted to the State Bars of Nevada and California. He received his J.D. from the University of San Diego in 1983, graduating with honors. Mr. Robertson began his legal career as the law clerk for the Honorable Bruce R. Thompson, Senior United States Federal District Judge for the District of Nevada (1983-1985). Mr. Robertson uses his experience as a licensed pilot to represent parties relating to aircraft matters. He also volunteers his time to Angel Flight West as needed.
