I AM A CERTIFIED FAMILY LAW SPECIALIST, WITH A SPECIAL FOCUS IN DISPUTE RESOLUTION FOR COUPLES AND FAMILIES. I WORK AS A COLLABORATIVE ATTORNEY, A MEDIATOR, AND AN ADVISOR TO THOSE IN MEDIATION. I ALSO PREPARE AND REVIEW PRE-NUPTIAL AND POSTNUPTIAL AGREEMENTS.

I am a Certified Family Law Specialist. I have extensive experience and training in alternative consensual dispute resolution for couples and families, including work as a collaborative attorney, a mediator, and an advising attorney to those in mediation. I also represent clients in litigation. I prepare and review Premarital ("Prenuptial"), Post-nuptial and Cohabitation Agreements.

I offer a one-hour consultation for $200. We can spend this time in whatever way is most helpful to you and make sure your burning questions get answered so you can plan your next steps.

For the last 30 years, I have worked with the same firm, and have lived in and raised a family in the South Bay community. My husband and I have two adult children and two delightful grandchildren. I love nothing more than spending time with family and friends. Theater, books, and the outdoors are life-long interests. 50-something is my favorite age yet - grandchildren and comfortable shoes are just two of the many "perks". I feel fortunate to be a part of a thriving South Bay professional community dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families through a difficult time in their lives.

Forever grateful!
I was given Wendy’s contact information from my mom and I’m so happy I reached out to her to help me with my custody case. The best decision I’ve ever made. Prior to contacting Wendy, I was trying to do everything in my own or using some free legal services to assist with filing different documents. After years of that, it the outcome wasn’t what I wanted. That’s when I called Wendy. She is very welcoming & down to earth. Lawyers can be intimidating but not Wendy. Speaking/meeting with her was always comfortable. She’s patient. She never made me feel pressured. She tells it like it is. I explained to her that i would like to have more time with my kids. Preferably more custody than their father (whom at that time had majority). She accompanied me in court. Let me tell you, Wendy definitely had my back. She was able to get me 50/50 down to the amount of hours a week. Things have been so much better and I have her to thank. I highly recommend Wendy and her staff is just as amazing.

Best Divorce Attorney
Wendy Jones was the most professional, commensurate and empatheic divorce attorney. Not only did she get me what I wanted in an almost 30 year marriage, she was firm and fair. Most importantly, her price is fair not like attorney's in the LA area that leave with most of the proceeds of a long term marriage. I would use Wendy in a heartbeat to get through the tough time of divorce. She explains everything to her client and makes the process as painless as possible for a divorce.

Getting divorced was the hardest thing I have ever done. I was married for 27 years. So much to think about and so much you just don't know. She always listened to me and understood what was important to me. Most important to me was she knew what she was doing and she had my back. Thank you Wendy.

Compassionate Representation
I highly recommend Wendy Jones and her entire firm for your family law needs. She, and her staff, as well as her partner Phil, were so easy to work with. Review Wendy Jones
I have used Wendy Jones as an attorney for divorce issues and found her to be excellent. So much so that I hired her a second time. These were post divorce problems due to the ex not complying with the court orders. Wendy placed provisions in the settlement she had arranged which gave me a fail safe way to continue to enforce issues which came up later on. She looked beyond the immediate problems at hand and provided me with avenues that proved to be critical in addressing unforeseen problems which continued years later. She always took my calls and was available to answer questions that I had over time and didn't charge me for that advice. She was aware that I had financial struggles and did her best to be succinct and keep fees as low as possible. She's a very competent, thorough and kind attorney who I would highly recommend

Very informative and sincere
I had a consultation session with Wendy as somebody I know recommended her. She is very informative, honest, and able to give the best advice. She's resourceful and could be a sort of counselor too. She LISTENS! If my current custody arrangement goes sour (hopefully not...), I'll definitely go to her and hire her in a heartbeat.
