Wendy Stettenheim Jones

I am a Certified Family Law Specialist. I have extensive experience and training in alternative consensual dispute resolution for couples and families, including work as a collaborative attorney, a mediator, and an advising attorney to those in mediation. I also represent clients in litigation. I prepare and review Premarital ("Prenuptial"), Post-nuptial and Cohabitation Agreements.

I offer a one-hour consultation for $200. We can spend this time in whatever way is most helpful to you and make sure your burning questions get answered so you can plan your next steps.

For the last 30 years, I have worked with the same firm, and have lived in and raised a family in the South Bay community. My husband and I have two adult children and two delightful grandchildren. I love nothing more than spending time with family and friends. Theater, books, and the outdoors are life-long interests. 50-something is my favorite age yet - grandchildren and comfortable shoes are just two of the many "perks".
