Ester Kim

We were referred to Ester by another attorney since our hearing was in Torrance and Ester clerked in Torrance. After firing our previous attorney for lack of vision and strategy, it was refreshing that Ester had a game plan after our first meeting. The outcome was exactly what we expected. Last year I was in a boating accident in Fiji. The resort agreed to replace my scuba gear that was lost/damaged and I signed a contract just after the incident took place. A month later, the resort tried to make all parties involved sign a huge NDA to never mention the incident again in exchange for ...the replacement scuba gear.
