Getting in trouble can be unbelievably scary, and having someone in your corner makes the process quite a bit easier to handle. I am a corporate recruiter in Aerospace & Defense, a business owner, and an influential person within my church community. Getting in any sort of trouble with the law has a serious impact on various parts of my life, as it would anyone else. Don Hammond was referred to me by a dear friend of mine. He was kind, patient, professional, and there for me at a very pivotal time in my life. He showed up immediately (in the middle of the night) at the drop of a dime, with one simple call. Don eased my fears, answered my questions, and helped me through one of the biggest storms in my life. He would conveniently coordinate meetings close to where I was, he would even come to me when we needed to exchange paperwork, talk, etc. I still call him from time to time with questions, and he always gets back to me within a few hours. I'm grateful for his services and would highly recommend working with Don.

Professional and quick response

I called Attorney Donald R. Hammond for a consultation. He answered the phone right away (no answering service or paralegal which is great). Don was able to answer my questions right away and told me what to do if a certain events were to occur. Don is very articulate and detailed- the type of attorney you want.

Shouldn't have waited so long!

After years of trying to get a former business partner to live up to his end of a contract, I knew my time was running out. I didn't want the hassle and expense of going to court, but it seemed like I had no choice. Don came highly recommended, so I hired him to file suit. But when the other party was faced with the prospect of going up against a high-powered attorney, he blinked and finally got serious about settling the matter outside of court. Don handled the negotiations like a pro, and got me a better deal than I hoped for. I should have hired Don years ago, but I will sure be quick to call him anytime I need expert legal advice in the future.

When you need expert assistance

Sometimes I really hate being right. When it comes to my fiance for instance. I have often warned him about being a hothead that doesn't know when to shut up. Sure enough, his smart mouth got hom into hot water, and when someone called the police, he tried talking himself out of trouble but only dug a deeper hole. There's no doubt the charges are trumped up but now we're stuck cleaning up this mess. Good thing we were referred to Mr. Hammond for help. He let us know what the situation is and how things could work out. There are no guarantees but I am feeling much better since meeting with him. The legal system is not a friendly place to find yourself so you definitely need someone like Mr. Hammond to help you so you don't get chewed up and spit out by it.

Gave me a second chance!

Like many people (such as most of my friends), I did some stupid things when I was younger. But unlike most, I got caught, then got some very bad advice, and ended up with a black mark on my record that has been following me around. Recently, it cost me a great job opportunity and I said enough is enough. I was lucky to find Mr. Hammond (he likes to be called Don, he's not a typical stuffy lawyer). He knew exactly what to do and filed a bunch of paperwork and got it pushed through to help me. My record has been cleaned up like it never happened. Although I missed out on a great job, I am now applying for other positions with a lot more confidence and know that I won't have to worry about getting that awkward phone call again. Thanks Don!

Awesome Experience

I have dealt with a handful of lawyers and Don has been my favorite. Not once did I ever have to call him to check in to see how things were progressing. He kept me informed at all times and was a pleasure to work with. He's straightforward and a damn good lawyer. Should I have any future problems - Don will be the first one I call. I've already recommended him to friends and family.
