I give Soheil Levy 5 stars; if I could, I would give him 10 stars. I’d never been in legal trouble before so the notice I received from sheriffs who came to my door rattled me. Out of 7 other lawyers that I had interviewed, I selected Mr. Levy to be my attorney. He made me feel calm in a tumultuo...us situation within my first meeting with him. He offered a light at the end of the tunnel. How? By explaining to me that in law, the burden of proof was on the Petition’s shoulders. This meant that there were hurdles that the Petitioner had to clear in order for the restraining order to be granted. And in my case, clearly the requirements were not met. It was the first time I could breathe easy after a frantic search for a good lawyer. I didn’t think that a criminal defense lawyer could be warm, relatable and humane. After assessing my situation, he gave me clear-cut advice that helped me untwist myself out of a pretzel, both mentally and emotionally. So since day one I had no idea what would happen and was lost , I called multiple lawyers and everyone seemed allot more interested in making sure I had the money to pay rather than actually giving me any type of feedback on the case I had .
