Soheil Levy

I was given 3 years summary probation and had a conviction for a stupid thing I did while intoxicated. I have a job which requires background checks every 5 years and it was coming due. Although I reported the incident to my security clearance provider I needed to have my summary probation terminated... and my conviction expunged. My Attorney Soheil Levy petitioned the court for early probation termination and expungement. I just went to court on 11/1/2018 and the judge granted both motions. I thank God I had Soheil as my attorney as he was able to present me in a very favorable way to the judge. All I can say is God bless you Soheil.
