Hire Him!

I had a Domestic Violence Felony Charge against me. Mind you I am a woman, and a nursing student! I was worried about the case because it meant that I would not be able to be a nurse. Due to covid, it did take a while to get the charges dropped. It was about a 9 month waiting period. And I am so happ...y it got dropped! He is worth every penny! Now he is working on getting my record clean by taking the arrest off my record. THANK YOU AGAIN ROBERT AND MICHELLE!

Robert Ernenwein is REMARKABLE...

I was in a difficult relationship that unfortunately lead to a confrontation and my arrest. I was charged in a case in LAX court with domestic violence. Having no idea what to do I began asking friends if anyone knew who I could turn to. I was referred to Robert and called him really having no idea w...here to start. At the onset with my first call, I spoke with Kristi of his office. It was at that point I became aware as to why Mr. Ernenwein came highly recommended. It starts with his office. The conversation I had with her was a snapshot of what was to follow. She listened to me with genuine empathy, care and concern. She told me Robert and everyone in the office would be there for me. I could tell it wasn’t a typical sales pitch. In fact, she and later Robert recommended I speak to at least a few lawyers before making a decision. I set an appointment with Robert. He took the time and patiently listened to my story. He got involved and the first positive step was getting the case down to a misdemeanor. He explained to me that although he couldn’t promise anything he felt I had a good case of self defense and that he would do everything he could to keep me from having a conviction. I should say that I had nothing on my record up to this point. Over about 5 months Robert went to court for me. I wasn’t exactly patient, but he told me it wasn’t like television or the movies and that getting it done would take time. At the end of it all I was required to do was 12 anger management classes and my case was dismissed. Before I hired Robert I spoke with other lawyers who told me in domestic violence cases there was no chance of a dismissal once the case was in court and that my only chance was trial and the odds were not good. Robert proved them wrong. Robert speaks with a language you can understand and has a phenomenal threshold of patience. He clearly and concisely explained to me the process and his strategy all along the way. He gave me his cell phone number and always got back to me by text or return call. I am so grateful to have this behind me. I am so thankful for Robert. I remember when I hired him it was difficult, he was more expensive than other quotes I had received, but he is worth it. When you need help under really tough circumstances and you are looking for compassion, care, experience and most of all results, Robert is the person I would, and have, recommended.

LIKE A BIG BROTHER! 1st TIME I'VE NEEDED A LAWYER EVER! VERY HAPPY WITH MY CHOICE IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT!

I was arrested on a domestic violence charge in December 2015. My live in girlfriend at the time werent getting along. I wanted her to move out so I filed a restraining order against her. She Had commenced to scratch herself during this ordeal so when I called the police to have her removed. I ended ...up getting arrested. I spent 3 days in county jail. As soon as I was released I found Roberts letter for a free consultation. I called because he was local in the Torrance area and Has over 30 years experience. He didnt press me into committing with him and told me what my options were. When I decided to go with him as my attorney. He met with me in his office and explained things very clearly to me what his plan of attack was. He told me not to worry but I have panic disorder and Im always thinking the worst. I was constantly texting him with questions about my case . Im sure most other attorneys would have fired me but he was extremely understanding. Like a big brother is how I would describe Robert. My trial date was set for today and I was a nervous wreck expecting the worst. Robert just walks in says dont worry Its handled. Go wait outside for me. He had me come back in the courtroom , he said a couple of things to the Prosecutor and something to the judge and all I could hear was "CASE DISMISSED"! I can finally breathe again! If I ever get in a bind again I know who to call. Obviously I highly recommend Robert. He will treat you like family and he knows his stuff!

Amazing Criminal Defense Attorney!

Robert is literally one of the best Criminal Defense Attorney's I have ever come in contact with. My brother was arrested in October on three domestic violence counts in Redondo Beach, CA on vacation. He lives in NY. When I first contacted Robert my brother was in the Twin Towers detention center.... He was not able to get through to us. Robert gave us the name of a bail bondsman who would ask for a smaller percentage of my brother’s $45,000.00 bond. Robert also worked with our budget. We do not have a lot of money and he was very kind and understanding of that. My brother is a New York City employee and when he was arrested he was at risk of losing his job. Robert helped us to save his job and make sure that once everything was over, my brother could go on with his normal life as if nothing happened. He also got my brother out of jail pretty quickly. When this first happened I drove up to Robert's office to meet up with him. I did not get out of work until 5:00 p.m. and I live in San Diego. By the time I got up to Robert's office it was close to 9:00 p.m. He sat for an hour and a half and explained everything to both my Mother and myself about what to expect. I have to say I was very impressed with him always being optimistic but keeping our expectations realistic. My first impression of him was I was very impressed. I work for Lawyers and I have to say for someone in that profession he has a lot more compassion and care than most. He literally is going through this trial with you. After several months of waiting for a date for the hearing, on December 4th the Prosecutor, (who has a reputation for taking guys like my brother down and making an example of them) wanted my brother to show up in court that day or the next. With no notice to his job and no regard for how much it would cost to get him out here. Robert asked the Judge to please consider my brothers location and please reconsider the date for trial. He was able to convince the Judge and Prosecutor to agree to a date in mid-January. This gave my brother time to make a reasonably priced flight and give his job proper notice that he will need to be absent. Robert and his team did an amazing job regarding the due diligence of the case as well. They hired a private investigator to listen to both the ex-girlfriend’s side of the story and a witness that was at the scene. After these interviews Robert was pretty confident the case would be dismissed but still reminding us to be prepared for what will happen if it is not. Ultimately the case was dismissed as he predicted. One other important aspect to point out about Robert and one colleague of his in particular (John) was literally any time me, my Mother or my Brother had a question we could get a hold of one of them. Since my family and I have never been through a Criminal investigation, we had many questions and many concerns. Robert and his team eased our minds every step of the way. Even the Secretary and the answering service were extremely accommodating. Overall I would recommend Robert Ernenwein to anyone. If anything ever happens again, I know exactly who to call. I cannot recommend him enough and I hope if you or someone you love ever is in a situation like this, you will call Robert. He will get you the best results and you will be at ease knowing you have an attorney who literally is going through this with you. Robert and his team go above and beyond what needs to be done. Excellent Criminal Defense Attorney

I recently received a letter in the mail stating i have a warrant for my arrest for domestic violence. I called Mr. Ernenwein and the following Mon. we went to court. He convinced the prosecutor and judge to have the warrant rescinded and i was released on my own recognisance. Forty four days later h...e had the case dismissed. Mr Ernenwein is a highly experienced and knowledgeable attorney. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
