Biography
Greetings! I am Dr. Jonathan L. Kramer, Esq., AS, JD, LL.M., DLP a telecommunications law attorney licensed in California and New Mexico. I head Telecom Law Firm, P.C., a six-attorney law firm focused on wireless and broadband telecom matters, from site leasing to enforcement, and from ordinance development to policy creation.
I hold six FCC licenses, a CSLB C7 license, a California Real Estate Broker license, and an FCC Remote Pilot certificate.. I am a senior member of the SCTE and SBE (U.S.) and a fellow member of the SCTE (UK).
We primarily advise institutions, property owners, and governments on telecommunications law and safety laws related to wireless communications, tower siting, and radio frequency (RF) safety, and broadband communications. I am a Doctor in Law and Policy, conferred by Northeastern University (Boston). I completed my Masters of Law Degree (with distinction) in Information Technology and Telecommunications Law (2013) and my Juris Doctor degree, cum laude (2001).
