I truly appreciate this because it gives me insight to my case especially since this was my first personal... injury case. I was involved with a 6 car accident and it took 2 years to finally settle my case. I got into a car accident about two years ago. A guy was on his phone texting and rear-ended me while I was stoped because of a stop sign. My car - a Land Rover - was totaled.
