Unmatched knowledge of the laws. Extremely professional and polite. An absolute pleasure to have had on our side.

Avi and his team walked with and guided my family and I through the immigration process without missing a step. From my H1B visa through to permanent residence. An absolute blessing to have found not just the right firm, but hands down, the best firm and team of experts. Avi and his team at Wolfsdor...f Rosenthal explained each step of the process to us beforehand and it played out just as they explained. They fought the fight for us and left us assured so we could focus on taking care of daily life. We cannot recommend them enough. We couldn't domit it without them. Thank you again to Avi, Bernie and the Wolfsdorf Rosenthal 'army'. You are the best! The Visagie Family.

The best immigration lawyer in USA

Avi is a great immigration lawyer. I have been his client since 2008 and have used his help in filing successful petitions for J1, O1, H1 and EB2 applications. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He is honest and tell me what approach would or would not work. I recommend him to any one witho...ut reservations.

Excellent service and support - strongly recommend!

My family and I have contracted with Avi on numerous immigration cases for more than 15 years and have done so with supreme confidence that not only will he always be straightforward with you about the process and its potential outcomes, but that he will do everything he can to lead you toward a succ...essful resolution to your immigration case. He and his team provide exceptional, 'all bases covered' service that makes any immigrant navigating the USCIS quagmire feel a lot more secure and comfortable throughout the nerve-wracking process. I highly recommend hiring Avi and his team to represent you in your immigration journey - you will not be disappointed. Thanks Avi and team for all you do!

Professional, comforting experience in a difficult time

We had heard awful things about US immigration, and unfortunately they all ended up being true. The experience was brutal... mountains of paperwork and endless incompetence in an archaic, broken system. The only reason we were able to get through it in once piece was Avi. One thing you need when you ...decide to go through this hellish ordeal is someone who has experience and a winning record... and that's Avi. Avi and his team were amazing helping us through. They helped us navigate all the paperwork, compile everything, shipping, badgering various broken US government departments for us... they were great. Trust me, you want these guys on your team.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
