I have been fortunate enough to have the opportunity to represent my clients in areas of Employment Law, including, wrongful termination as well as unpaid wages, and Business Litigation. I fight for my clients rights and strive to obtain the best possible resolution for my clients.
I also provide consultation services for businesses so that they know they are complying with California and Federal laws as they relate to employment, and employment classification. I addition, I draft and review various contracts for businesses, including, but not limited to, employment agreements, vendor agreements, operating agreements, lease agreements, and other day to day agreements that businesses require.
