After being at a company for 18 years I had to have carpel tunnel surgery. Upon returning to work I found that the company would not let me return. I am physician , was started my first job in new corporate company, around Feb,2013. After few months passed, I start to feel too much pressure in working place environment , so I had plan to quit my job, prior to the contact term finish.
