Mark Robert Mckinniss

Of my five most recent criminal cases, three were "not guilty," one was a hung jury, later dismissed by the court, and in the fifth, my client declined the people's offer of time served (which would have been about 8 months), and, against my advice, insisted on going to trial.  As I warned him, he didn't fare very well in front of a jury.
