Lawyer failed to do research on the case. Did not file a waiver and was blindsided during an immigration interview when they stated that no information regarding the waiver was included in the package. when asked Elsa's office regarding the waiver they said "we accidentally missed it". This is one o...f many accidents they had with my case. I would not recommend.

This was probably one of the hardest things I have had to deal with in my life. Maria, Janet, Daena and everyone else involved were very kind and caring. Ultimately, my husband has been granted permanent residency in the US. What a huge weight lifted from both of our shoulders! we used atty Elsa Martinez to defend my mom in 2008 and again recently in 2015. I enjoyed having her defend my mom because her experience in the courtroom made her confident when addressing the judge. She knew how to clearly address our motions and how to respectively disagree with the judges decisio...n followed by filing the appeals and winning them in our favor. She was very understanding about my mother's disability and accommodations she required. She also helped guide us in what information was necessary and/or irrelevant. I will admit having issues with the front desk and Elsa receiving my calls. It was explained to me that there were some issues with service providers. however whenever I emailed Elsa directly she would always respond. Other than the front desk the 2 paralegals and Elsa provided us with excellent service. I only hope we never have to use her again, but If ever we did I would go to her and I suggest that anyone I know go to her also because in my opinion the attorney's experience in the courtroom is what matters and she displayed having great skills and not allowing her defenses to be disregarded.
