Elyssia Jenna Musolino

Elyssia J. Musolino is an Associate Attorney at ADLI Law Group.

Ms. Musolino’s practice primarily focuses on corporate and business transactions with a focus on corporate compliance, contract drafting and negotiations. Practicing since 2011, Ms. Musolino has gained valuable insight and practical experience working closely with businesses and individuals in different industries to advise and counsel in business transactions and corporate governance and compliance.

Prior to joining ADLI Law Group, Ms. Musolino served as general counsel for small and mid- sized companies where her experience includes negotiating and drafting complex transactional agreements, corporate governance and federal/State compliance, legal audits, risk management, HR compliance and policies and intellectual property filing and management. Ms. Musolino also previously interned at the State of California, Department of Corporations (Department of Business Oversight) where she acquired expertise in evaluating the merits of corporate claims and drafting various legislation and advisory opinions on behalf of the Commissioner.

Growing up in a small town in Northern Ontario, Canada to a family of entrepreneurs helped ignite her passion for helping entrepreneurs of all ages. Ms.  Musolino graduated from Queens University, Kingston, Ontario, Canada with a Bachelor of Arts Honors in Political Science and obtained her Juris Doctor degree from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law.
