Biography
Shawn Lalezary is one-half of The Law Brothers®, along with his brother Shervin Lalezary. He is a Managing Attorney and has more than 8 years of experience practicing personal injury law in California.
Shawn is a graduate of the University of Southern California, Southwestern Law School, and the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Academy. Throughout his legal education at Southwestern Law School, Shawn focused on personal injury litigation, and earned honors and distinction for his skills and knowledge of tort litigation and negotiation tactics. He was named a top negotiator on the Law Negotiation Team.
During his time at law school, Shawn first got experience working in personal injury cases, serving at a Beverly Hills-based law firm that primarily focused on representing plaintiffs in personal injury cases. During this time there, his passion for protecting victims in personal injury and lawful death suits continued to grow as he worked with skilled attorneys and support staff to obtain compensation for victims.
In addition to this experience, Shawn worked as a certified extern with the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office, working to question police officers and make arguments in criminal court, among other duties.
Shawn also has unique experience in law enforcement, working along with his brother as a Reserve Deputy Sheriff in the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Office. Working from the West Hollywood Station, Shawn has extensive experience responding to traffic accidents and other such incidents, determining fault in police reports, and more. This unique experience helps Shawn build strong cases to obtain favorable settlements for victims of traffic accidents and other such incidents.
With courtroom experience both testifying as a Deputy Sheriff and defending the interests of clients in court, Shawn is always prepared to advocate for his clients, and will never back down from taking the right personal injury claim to court.
