Michael Saeedian

Michael Saeedian is the founding attorney of The Lemon Pros, where he represents vehicle owners and lessees throughout California in Lemon Law claims under the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act, which covers vehicles still under a manufacturer's warranty.

A Lemon Law case turns on warranty terms, repair orders and how a manufacturer responds once a defect is on the record. Michael works with those documents regularly, and he knows which details in a repair history matter and which ones don't.Most of these claims begin the same way. A vehicle goes back to the dealership for the same problem, and then goes back again.

Michael starts by walking through what the car is doing, when it started and what the dealership has told the owner so far. From there he builds the case the repair record supports, and he explains in plain language what the process involves and how long it usually takes.Michael earned his bachelor's degree from the University of California, Los Angeles and his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles.
