Ron A. Rosen Janfaza

I have to say that Ron is great at what he does. I had originally had a previous lawyer who was NOT doing any justice for me and my case. A friend of my told me his experience with Ron, and said that he had got some amazing results. I too was very satisfied, not to mention it wasn't much later tha...t I recived my money.

I'm extremely happy with Mr. Janfaza. I've had a couple of cases, and now this will be my third case. He has never let me down. Most attorneys don't work after 5pm. Mr. Janfaza accommodated to me by giving me evening appointments that made me feel relaxed about my cases. His staff is very sweet ...and I'm happy to say that he is my Personal Injury Lawyer.

I originally had a dropped case that was offered zero dollars. My case has now settled for $50,000 for my slip and fall. Mr. Janfaza has always pushed for the most dollar I could've ever recieved on my case. His staff was very friendly, and always answered the questions I had. I was expecting a l...onger wait to have my case closed. My attourney handled my case very quickly that I wasn't much later when we settled that I was able to have my check. Overall a great service!!

failure to return telephone calls, Failure to meet filing deadlines, Failure to do his job, unprofessional, gets angry and inpatient when you ask questions, he never has answers, he neglects my case and has the nerves to claim he has more important cases and depositions. He tried to set me up with an... old disturb magician that roams around the office and walks around with super long nails painted violet and hello kitty cards. I will soon be four years. The insurance paid but the check expired because he didn't care after I would call and ask patiently only so that he could get irritated. The new check was issued after I took the liberty to call the insurance myself. they claimed they couldn't get a hold of anyone in that office. I am still waiting to get my money, its been over three months since I signed the second check which took over a year to get. This guy is awful!!! the worst mistake I've ever made was coming to him. but he was recommended by a friend of my sister and he hates my sister because she feels bad that she said go to him. She has called him and he hangs up on her and screams and yells at her and doesn't work or help me out of spite after my sister calls.
