Marnin Weinreb is a founding partner of Blady Weinreb Law Group, LLP. Mr. Weinreb is an experienced and skilled civil litigator in the areas of:
INSURANCE COVERAGE – Coverage analysis and disputes regarding life, health, disability, automobile and general liability insurance policies for both insurance companies and policyholders. Mr. Weinreb has significant experience in resolving coverage disputes through declaratory relief actions and rescission, as well as bad faith lawsuits. He is coverage counsel for an automobile insurance program in California, handling all of their contractual and extra-contractual matters. Mr. Weinreb has participated as a speaker in seminars relating to insurance coverage matters, primarily focused on good faith claims handling.
PROFESSIONAL NEGLIGENCE – Legal malpractice and broker/ agent liability. Mr. Weinreb is a Certified Specialist in Legal Malpractice Law by the State Bar of California Board of Specialization
PERSONAL INJURY - Automobile accidents, premises liability, and general negligence.
EMPLOYMENT MATTERS – Employment contracts, wage and hour issues and wrongful termination. In addition to representing employees on employment related matters, Mr. Weinreb serves as counsel for employers, handling all of their employment related issues.
BUSINESS LITIGATION – Contractual claims and complex civil litigation.
Mr. Weinreb involves his clients at every step of the process by quickly and thoroughly evaluating their matter, advising them of the best options, and litigating on their behalf, including arbitrations, mediations and trials.
