Richard Anthony Grain

I have tried for 3 years to get the documents I was promised. He was paid in full in May of 2012. I have called over 50 times and he is always in meetings. I have spoke to his secretary and she said she will talk to him and get back to me and no one ever calls me back. I would never recommend his ser...vice. It was horrible!

Richard Grain has advised our family a number of times over the past 5-6 years on estate planning and advice. When we first engaged Richard, he reviewed the estate planning documents a previous attorney had drawn up and caught a major error that could easily have affected our son's inheritance; othe...rwise we would never have been aware of it. Richard has consistently proven himself knowledgeable in areas that apply specifically to the unique situation of our family, especially in areas where the law is constantly evolving and changing. His rates are fair and reasonable, but it is his attention to detail and ability to spot what other attorney's would overlook that makes him special. Highly recommended.

I was getting on an airplane in a weeks time and felt very uneasy that I did not have a Will to protect my minor daughter before leaving her for a week. Richard was very responsive, knowledgeable and professional in helping a single Mother put her mind more at ease knowing she had a Will and all th...e proper documents in place before getting on that plane. I don't recommend waiting until the last minute before you take care of these very important arrangements but if you find yourself in such a position you will find Richard is more than capable of taking care of your needs. I highly recommend him to all of my family, friends and any one else I know.
