Monique Stacey Rad

Monique is an entrepreneur with ownership in two investment properties with a combined 62 units located in Downtown Los Angeles. Her property ownership has given her first-hand knowledge of the profitability requirements of an investment property, the needs of landlords, and the challenges landlords and business people face on a daily basis.  She understands that property ownership is a business at its core.

Prior to founding her firm, Monique was an associate at Straussner Sherman in Van Nuys, California. There, Monique honed her skills in client communication, legal writing, negotiations and court appearances.

Monique also worked as a law clerk throughout law school for Bragg and Kuluva, in-house counsel to Chubb Insurance Group. Her experience at Bragg and Kuluva exposed her to the areas of construction law, personal injury, negligence, products liability, legal malpractice, employment law and more. She worked alongside seasoned litigation attorneys as they advocated for their successful, corporate clients.

Monique received her J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles in 2011 and was admitted to the bar in December 2011.  She earned her B.A. in Public Relations with minors in Business Law and Cinema-Television at the University of Southern California in 2008.
