Miguel was riding his motorcycle down the city street and clipped the center median. This caused him to lose control of his bike and he went down hard. A DUI investigation proved that Ivan was impaired for purposes of driving and he was arrested and charged with a DUI. Through an extensive Defense investigation and witness testimony, we were able to prove that what the police said did not happen and Ivan was in fact not driving with a 0.08 or above blood alcohol level.
