The officer also saw and recorded on video where Christina made an unsafe turn from the wrong lane. The CHP stopped Christina and conducted a DUI investigation. The CHP formed the opinion that not only had Christina been drinking but that she was impaired by alcohol, failed the investigation, and was over the legal limit. We were able to show that the driving was the same as a sober person. The field sobriety tests were completed the same as a sober person. The chemical test, breath these, when accurately analysed showed that Christian was not impaired.
