JJ was arrested for a felony DUI causing injury and having a prior DUI. A chemical test was administered and JJ’s test results were 0.12 and 0.12. The prosecutor was looking to give JJ substantial jail as well as other second DUI conditions.

The police were called to the scene of a domestic dispute by concerned neighbors. When they arrived they found a couple who had been arguing and fighting. No real investigation was done to determine who what the aggressor was or what had happened to Denise, first. After a complete investigation was done by the defense team we were able to show the prosecutor that Denise was the victim and used appropriate force to defend herself.

Jorden was driving well over the speed limit and was stopped by the California Highway Patrol. After admitting that he drank, Jordan was given several field sobriety tests. Beth was approaching a DUI checkpoint/road block and decided to stop, back up, and turn to avoid the roadblock. She backed up in a unsafe fashion, made an unsafe and illegal turn and was followed by a ... motorcycle officer. Turns out that the Client was involved in a single car traffic accident where he crashed his car up the front lawn of a house and was taken to the hospital when he was evidently released. Finding out that this was the client's 5th DUI with a blood alcohol level over five (5) times the legal limit Attorney Rosenfeld worked with Client to get into treatment and continued to defend the case on legal, factual and scientific grounds.
