In addition, Liran helped one of his clients obtain a favorable jury verdict at trial regarding property in an open probate. Liran handled all matters in a jury and bench trial, such as gathering evidence in discovery, choosing members of a jury, and examining and cross-examining witnesses on the stand.

Liran received both a Juris Doctor (J.D.) and Masters in Taxation (LL.M.) from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles in 2013. He graduated cum laude from U.C.L.A. in 2009. Liran is admitted to practice in the State of California and  Central District of the United States District Court.

Great Attorney
Attorney Aliav did a great job preparing my trust and making it as easy as possible for me and my family. I've always thought that having a Will was enough. I attended one of his presentations and I've been taken well care of ever since. I would definitely recommend him to others. His tax planning advice was especially helpful.

Get your life in order!
My husband and I were first introduced to the Schomer Law Group when we attended an estate planning seminar headed by Scott Schomer. Like most people, we had been putting off making important life decisions. Our last will was executed when our children were minors...over 20 years ago. We had heard about living revocable trusts and wanted to explore this option for our estate planning. We were so impressed with Scott's seminar that we made an appointment for a private session on the spot. We were assigned to Liran Aliav. The fact that he is a young attorney was not a problem ....as an attorney myself, I recognize that those who have recently completed law school can be the most creative and up-to-date. Plus, he had a wealth of firm experience behind him. Liran is personable, competent, thorough and always accessible. He walked us through the living trust alternative to a will and was responsive to all our questions and concerns. Going through the process made us face some difficult issues and the binder we were given to complete forced us to ORGANIZE. We now feel confident that upon our passing things are in order for our children. Stop procrastinating...go see Liran and get your life in order. It is such a good feeling!

Maybe young, but Liran is very capable!
Liran Aliav has been co-representing me in a nasty probate dispute, he has displayed to me that he is smart and capable, he does good research, and is is not afraid to speak up on my behalf when needed. I found his help very valuable in my litigation and he was very good about keeping me in the loop which was important to me. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a probate attorney.
