I've hired Jeffrey Sklan numerous times over the last 10 years. I was indicted twice on Securities related fraud offences. As soon s I knew I was in trouble I contacted Jeffrey. I have dealt with about 4 attorneys for both cases and in both criminal and divorce none of the other attorneys were looking out for my best interest. Attorney Jeffrey Sklan, along with his secretary Delyn Spiers were the only ones who looked out for my best interest and made sure I was treated fair.... I highly recommend Attorney Jeffrey Sklan for your divorce or criminal needs. Every time I called with a question or concern about my case Miss Spiers would answer my questions and if she could not my Attorney Mr. Sklan would call me when he got to the office. My case is somewhat complex and I have turned in alot of documents that I know my previous attorneys would just put them in a file and forget about them. I knew that because when that part of the case come up all my previous attorneys would ask me if I had any documents to support what I am saying. If my previous attorneys would read what I gave them they should have known they already had the documentation. It was different with Attorney Sklan and Miss Spier. With them they would say I have already given them the document and that would tell me they read it. Also if I met with them they would already know what happened in the past, that lead to the situation I was in. On one of my hearings Attorney Sklan could of send another Attorney from his office but instead he knew how important this hearing was to me that he changed his anniversary plans so he can be at that hearing and I have yet to see or hear of another attorney do the same. Unless your famous or wealthy that does not happen.

Attorney Jeffrey Sklan is truly a precessional well organized attorney. We were referred to him by a friend after my wife experience a very unnecessary and disrespectful encounter with the attorney we were dealing at the time. My wife was so overwhelmed by how she had been treated and felt no hope in... resolving our cituation. We had being paying this other attorney and only very few times we felt he was in our side and that he would help us get our property back. Between his admin and himself made our cituation more sour. But thankfully, Jeffrey came in to assist and we couldn't express enough how grateful I am for that. I guess things happen for a reason. My experience with Jeffrey Sklan has been up to this day GREAT!!! He is very profesional, respectful And his paralegals are awesome. I was having the worse time of my life with a fraudulent realtor and a very unprofessional unethical admint who was the assistant to another attorney. I felt all my har...d work was a waste of time due to the fact that my attorney at the time could be so desrespectful to me. as soon as I came in contact with Jeffrey he took my situation and made it his goal to stop this guy the realtor. I hired Jeffrey Sklan thru cara Services in Bell Linda the person in charge at that Office SUCKS in answering am returning calls. She charged me $1200 to file Unlawful Detainer then, she charged me $600 for Jeffrey to represent me in Court I had an excellent winning Case with Property Damage B...reach of Contract, pictures and texts of Evidence. There were 3 months I wasn’t collecting rent from Tenant. When in Court, He told me to give them 2 extra more months to move out and that her Assistant Linda would help me with Rental Assistance to collect my unpaid Rent. I Called Linda and told her what the Lawyer said and she said ok. Days after I called the office to make an appointment to apply for Rental Assistance and she never answered the phone. I made about 25 calls different times and days, left many messages and she never, ever called me back. THEY SCREWED ME BIG TIME CAUSE, I PAID THEM A COUPLE OF THOUSAND DOLLARS AND NEVER RECOVERED MY 5MONTHS RENT.
