Replied last February 21, 2024This was a difficult case made more complicated by opposing counsel who fabricated every conceivable roadblock. The delays did not work, ultimately, and ended up costing their clients a huge amount of money. During this process, our clients were frustrated by the roller coaster of litigation. I encouraged them to stay the course and am so humbled that they listened. A fabulous outcome. Thank you again for your faith in my firm.

Great at explaining

“The State Bar release stated that, during the course of a civil case wherein I WAS THE CLIENT, suing another lawyer on a breach of contract claim, a $250 discovery sanction had not been paid. In fact, it had but the recipient (an office employee of the opposing side) kept the cash, and did not turn it over to his employer. FURTHER: there were NO CLIENT money or liberties involved, the public was not affected, and the case amicably settled. The employee died of a heart attack soon thereafter.”
