Biography
David Mamann is a graduate of Southwestern University School of Law – Los Angeles, CA – Class of 1986, member of the California Bar Association since 1987 and has been in solo practice since 1993 practicing personal injury law since that time. His staff includes claims negotiators that have been settling insurance claims for well over ten years. His experienced staff includes personnel who speak very well Russian, Armenian and Spanish. David himself can converse in French and Hebrew in addition to English.
David’s office has handled hundreds of claims on behalf of his clients. David has negotiated and litigated dozens of cases in pre litigation, litigation or judged either by jury in award or arbitration. He has appeared in court as far north as Ventura County, all over Los Angeles county, and as far east and south as Riverside and Orange Counties.

Horrible
Baseless claim with the other one star review is an exact representation on how they respond to clients . I was trying to communicate to the law firm my issues and their senseless assistants make you do their jobs. David responds in a negative manner and has never shown his face.

Below average lawyer
Monse is a horrible legal assistant does not listen. Lawyer reads no reports and complains about taking it to litigation. Save your time and hassle. I got rear end and some how with a messed up back and video evidence it constituted to a low payout and no effort.

Replied last January 17, 2025In response to this baseless review, to negatively impact our reputation and business, we are not discouraged to say the following: Despite their anonymity, we have to say with certainty that these results were based on the factual evidence of low property damage and low insurance coverages. The Attorney and the paralegal tried to explain the circumstances of their case. Unfortunately, this individual refuses to understand the reality and results of their case.

Although California law precludes people without liability insurance from collecting general damages, we negotiated with all medical providers so successfully, that the client received quite generous settlement.
