I used Brad for an auto accident claim. I gave him only a couple weeks before my statue of limitations was set to expire but within that time frame he reviewed the case facts and provided an excellent summary of the potential outcomes. We never made it to court as we settled relatively quickly for what I believe are very favorable terms for both parties. I am very happy with his knowledge, communication, expertise and results! You won't be disappointed.

I do not know how to express my disappointment from Bradley Kramer but before you get him as your lawyer, read this and then make your decision if you want him on your side in court. I had a lot of complications after delivering my baby including infection as the major one. I was hospitalized for almost a month and still taking medications now after a month and half of delivering my baby. My new born child, my husband and myself went through a lot. No doubt that my health care provider dropped the ball on so many occasions so we wanted to seek legal advice. A lot of medical malpractice lawyers told us since there was no permanent damage or death involved, would not take the case and we appreciated their honesty. Bradley Kramer said he must look at the medical history and would charge $950 since it was hundreds of pages, he also told us it would take him a week to review all the document carefully. Although he did not guarantee taking the case and told us there might not be a lawsuit,
We were expecting him to take the time and give us an educated answer even if it was a 'No 'based on my medical record. Instead, after getting medical record and the credit card information, which by the way was more important than the medical record to him, in less than one business day he told me, he would not take the case because infection cases are really expensive to prove in the court with of course a $989 charge on my credit since there was a $ 39 processing fee which I knew about. Think about it, he knew I was giving him an infection case from day one. Now on top of all my pain and illness, I feel used by the lawyer who I was hoping to get help from, or at least get an answer for what he charged me which was reviewing my medical record to see if I had a case.

Bradley I Kramer’s response: “I am extremely disappointed by this review and I am even more resentful of individuals such as this person who seek my expertise as both a lawyer and a doctor, are given a CLEAR explanation of exactly what I will and will not be doing, are given a CLEAR explanation of all of the charges, and then write a review like this because the outcome is not what they want. Here, as the review indicates, this individual was given a crystal clear understanding of exactly what services I would be providing and was additionally given a crystal clear explanation of the charges. I agreed to review her medical records for a fee, as both a Stanford law school graduate and licensed medical doctor who has been practicing medical malpractice for many years. No one forced her to utilize my services, and there was absolutely zero confusion about what I would be doing or not doing. I spent many hours reviewing this file, and provided this individual with a precise explanation as to why she did not have a viable malpractice case. Again, no one forced her to utilize my services. I spent a significant amount of time reviewing this file, and provided this individual with exactly what was requested and agreed upon. I made ABSOLUTELY no guarantees to her about taking her case at any time, either before or after I agreed to perform the review. And, just so we are clear, an infection case is not just an infection case. There are specifics that relate to any medical malpractice case that can make or break that case, and it is impossible to ascertain those nuances without a careful review of the medical records. At the end of the day, I provided a service to this individual, spent many hours of time delivering that service, and this individual got exactly what was promised. I am sorry that I could not take her case (my practice operates and survives by taking cases, not by rejecting them), and I am additionally sorry that she is disappointed with the outcome of my review, but that is not an appropriate reason to post a negative, misrepresentative, and ultimately, damaging review such as this one. I treat each and every one of my clients with the utmost respect and transparency, but for some individuals, that just isn't enough. That's very unfortunate.”

Bradley Kramer is analogous to a lake in a desert oasis of lawyers in his field.
He's fair, refreshingly honest and very dependable.
He answers any/all questions in a unique fashion to his industry - you'll never feel patronized by his answers or that you've asked a stupid question.
Being his client felt like a breath of fresh air after a pretty traumatic experience.
Maybe it's because he's a Dr. too - so he has the bedside manner of a seasoned MD, which he's applied to his legal practice (please understand how RARE this is).
I would highly recommend his services and I'm very grateful to have found him

It was extremely refreshing to work with a lawyer who under promises and OVER delivers, which few lawyers do. In addition to under promising, he was very responsive, professional, reliable, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and fair.... all of which had a very positive effect on my ability to trust him to do what was in my best interests......continually....... from "cradle to grave".

Nothing is worse than being held hostage to a bad lawyer (because after he/she learns your case, hiring another lawyer would be outrageously expensive and untimely)!

He worked with me in a collaborative, respectful, communicative, and speedy fashion. He is greatly appreciated for fighting for this underdog!

Brad is a great attorney (and a doctor as well). He was always conscientious and thorough, and even though he had many other cases going at the same time, he always had time to take my calls and respond to my emails promptly, which usually doesn’t happen with attorneys. Very happy I chose Bradley as my attorney. We got a great result. Would absolutely use him again. Highly recommend!!

I've worked with Mr. Kramer on 4 cases over the last 8 years. Being a CEO of the largest service provider in my industry in Southern California has its share of litigation issues. If you want a guy that is extremely intelligent, driven and focused on your results pick Mr. Kramer. My mentor always told me pick your sales people and attorneys who have a winning sports background. Brad has that too. I'll let him give you that story at his office. I highly recommend him and encourage you to explore your options and see Brad last. You'll know you've got the guy in your corner with the knock out blow.

My dad is a pediatric surgeon and when I met Bradley and looked at his business card and saw he was an attorney and a doctor I was surprised. It’s so hard to get into medical school and I lack that kind of ability. I graduated from a 4 year college but to have a medical degree and a law degree is 10 years of school after graduating high school. He energy level is always high but his intelligence level is even greater. He only took my case because he is a customer of my store. I told him with his background any insurance company would be terrified to deal with him. With my limited background, I thought my case was at best worth 3x the medical bills. He took the 1x medical bills offer that I had gotten and got me 4x which is even more than I expected. But he went beyond any of my expectations by not calculating his fee based on the offer I secured and he only took 20 percent. Now the only currency I have is ice cream so I offered him unlimited free ice cream at Carvel. Giving Bradley free ice cream is the best investment I could have made!

Brad is undoubtedly the finest attorney I have ever worked with. His knowledge as an MD coupled with extensive knowledge of personal injury law made him the first choice for me. A close friend of mine referred him to me because Brad got him significantly more money, which is what Brad also did for me.
