we had problem with landloard, after moving out, they sent a big bill for properry damaged to replace counter top and cabinet, which was damaged for lack of seal arround the counter top, he send an strong letter with law codes , regulations, restrictions and california acts, to accept settle or fig...ht, then they accept settlement and solved the problem. I highly recommend him. He also is followed the case by himself, the cost was very reasonable , before I work with Aaron, I called another attorney in avvo but he didnt even let me finish, and said we dont accept your case and hanged on me unfortunatly he is one of avvo attorney .

Aaron is very honest and very direct. He won't bullshit you, or candy coat it. He will tell you what can be done. My wife and I had an Unlawful Detainer court date on 2/25/2020. Without boring you with moot points, I will tell you how good Aaron is. First a little back story, my landlord's Attor...ney is nothing but a bully. All weekend long I was wondering what bullshit he was going to come in the talking about. Sure enough he came right in talking about some crazy stuff saying they we were going to get nothing, and we have to be out in 15 days. I apologize for my language, but I told him to F OFF!
