I love the intellectual side of practicing law. Although forming a California corporation or LLC may seem routine, it is exciting to find new applications for their use and tailoring it to the client's same goes for integrating a California LLC with a Revocable Living Trust to achieve asset protection. More recently I have become involved with setting up Californa business entities for clients who own rental property and who have a student applying to college. We have been able to save thousands of dollars in tuition costs for parents by employing asset placement techniques.

Very knowledgeable and attentive!
I am very pleased to have been referred to Stephen Gross. He is an excellent attorney. He helped us create two separate trusts, make changes when necessary, set up an LLC, and later when needed dissolve that LLC.
