My office has successfully helped numerous California residents who own rental income property in California and/or neighboring states, reposition ownership of their assets including rental property i ... n order to qualify for tuition grant money for their students applying to (or already attending) college. My office has also worked with real estate investors both in reviewing and/or drafting their purchase sale agreements and forming California corporations and/or LLCs to hold title to their income property. I have also successfully represented both buyers and sellers in the purchase and sale of assets of a privately owned business, preparing purchase sale agreements and attendant documents associated with the sale.
