Biography
I love the intellectual side of practicing law. Although forming a California corporation or LLC may seem routine, it is exciting to find new applications for their use and tailoring it to the client's same goes for integrating a California LLC with a Revocable Living Trust to achieve asset protection. More recently I have become involved with setting up Californa business entities for clients who own rental property and who have a student applying to college. We have been able to save thousands of dollars in tuition costs for parents by employing asset placement techniques.
