Biography
Steven A. Brody is a graduate of Stanford Law School. He is a criminal defense attorney with state and federal experience, including multiple federal felony trials (jury and bench), state trials, and state and federal appeals of criminal cases, including oral argument before the California Court of Appeal and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
He has handled a wide variety of felonies and misdemeanors, from robbery to prostitution, drug smuggling, assault with a deadly weapon, and many others.
Steve is also panel attorney for the Sixth District Appellate Program, the California Appellate, Appellate Defenders, Inc., and the First District Appellate Project. As a member of these organizations, Steve is appointed felony criminal appeals from around the state.
