Excellent Results Oriented Attorney

Ed represented me in an age discrimination suit when I was terminated by my employer of 14 years. He was aggressively litigated my case an obtained extraordinary results for me! He is a personable and professional but "calls it as he sees it" and does not "beat around the bush". I am so grateful t...hat he represented me in my case. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of highly skilled employment lawyer. You will be in great hands.

Top Notch all the Way

Edward Yun handled my case with panache, in 2009. And I say this, recalling a number of screaming matches between Mr. Yun and I as he tried to take a difficult client (me) and mold her into a polished plaintiff. My case involved a company that fired me after my boss harassed me for following my phy...sician’s advice to treat my PTSD; and because of his negative views of immigrants of Latino descent. My ex was applying for asylum, I was suffering the symptoms of PTSD and being treated for it. And my boss saw this as an opportunity to retaliate against me and violate my rights in the workplace. The totality of my boss’s behavior and our history with my ex’s immigration case created a complicated case for Mr. Yun. Mr. Yun not only built my case, step by step, with expertise and precision. But he sought out the previous women that my boss had demeaned, showing a pattern of retaliatory behavior. Indeed, he also exposed the line up of corporate witnesses who the company organized to provide a defense for this man. He tore their stories down, one by one, in depositions. Exposing a pattern of deceit and demonstrating a trail of cover up. More than that, Mr. Yun stood by me, when many attorneys probably would have dropped the case, during some rather difficult times for me. He got me what I needed. I still smile when I think about our shouting matches. We are two different people with strong convictions. But the fact is, he was correct in everything he argued with me over. I can’t thank him enough for giving me back the confidence to succeed in life.

BEST LAWYER

I interviewed a lot of lawyers and picked Edward Yun to represent me for my wrongful termination. I picked him because from the beginning he seemed to really care about me. I worked for a major corporation for 10 years who terminated me because I refused to be picked on. From the beginning to the... end he has always look out for my wellbeing and if I was not only satisfied but happy with my results. I have never worked with a lawyer who went above and beyond, even after the case settle he called to see if we had any questions. He won me more money than I thought I could win and believed in me.

Veteran harassed and terminated

I am a Military Veteran, who went out on medical leave from a devastating injury I sustained while serving in the Army. Having endured many years of being bullied, and harassed by my civilian employers, my job was terminated, while I was re-cooperating from surgery. I contacted various lawyers seek...ing advice on what I could do regarding my termination. Simply put I was told, “To just move on, my case was hopeless.” Weidmann & Yun did not see it as such and took my case on with no upfront fees. Edward Yun helped me stay realistic and focused on key points in my case. Edward Yun and his team worked diligently and relentlessly, while going up against a major corporation and their many attorneys. The out-come after a few short months Weidmann & Yun won a very, very large settlement on my behalf. If you are the underdog at work being harassed, bullied, abused, or your rights not being upheld by your employer, this is the attorney and firm you want to hire. I highly recommend their services.

"During my time as general counsel I sought Ed's advice on an employment issue. He was thorough but quick and provided us with great input on how we should handle the employment situation at hand. His knowledge of employment law is expansive and knows how to communicate it directly and effectively without making things complicated. I've known Ed professionally and personally for over a decade now. As a friend he is trustworthy and caring and as a professional he is dependable, intelligent and tough without the ego. I fully endorse him."

"It's not that common to find a lawyer who is really smart, super hard-working, and personable. I know from experience that Ed is one of these very few. Doesn't just know the law, but understands how to use the law strategically to achieve his clients' goals, which is really what being an effective lawyer is all about. I remember being in federal trial with Ed and witnessing first hand how he anticipated the opposition's key closing argument the night before and prepared the perfect counter that resulted in a jury win for our client. Can't endorse Ed highly enough."
