Nicholas Alexander Salick

Nick was definitely heaven-sent. Six years ago, I was looking for a family-law attorney and I was referred to Nick from another law firm, because they could not assist me. I contacted Nick and he was very pleasant and easy going. A couple of days later, we met in his office and I gave him the paperwo...rk that I had been served with. After the first consultation, he made me feel very comfortable with his knowledge of family law, so I decided to hire him right there and then. I decided not to look for another attorney, because I knew he had my best interest and my child’s well-being as his priority. He was with me for every single court apearence, which took about two years, and every single time the judge awarded what we had asked for. He then had to take up the child support case, in which again he succeeded and got what was fair. Last, my case got sent to the Children’s Court and again we walked away with exactly what we had asked for from the judge. Nick was very sensitive to my case and my situation. I was able to reach him every single time I needed to speak with him. I was given copies of everything that was filed in court. Sometimes he would even have to contact me on the weekend, if he needed information to get ready for court. To this day even though I do not need his services, I keep in touch with him. Without a second thought, I am always referring him to anyone that is in need of a family-law attorney. I think that for the amount of work that he did in my case and the results that we received, what he charged me was fair. He never tried to take advantage of me, and was always considerate of my situation.

I was referred to Nick by another attorney. He has gotten me all that I asked for and more. He's a lot more than just my attorney he's become my friend. I'm not sure if he knows to what extent he has made life easier for me but he has. After learning that my attorney could not represent me at trial earlier this month AND with just 3 days to hire another attorney or prepare to represent myself in a contested Domestic Violence Restraining Order trial, I was in a panic! I was up against my abusive ex boyfriend and his criminal defense... attorney and all of the typical underhanded defense tactics. Really, I can't thank him enough!   Nicolas was very generous with his time in the 2 days leading up to my hearing. Which is another testament to his character and his commitment to help others...all traits you'd absolutely want in any attorney handling your case! I found Nicolas' attitude and willingness to help so refreshing. I appreciated how well he blended his skillful, aggressive approach to my situation with a youthful, energetic positivity that I needed at that time. My confidence in his ability to achieve maximum results for his clients skyrocketed because of his consistent, polished professionalism and warmth. I didn't wonder whether he cared about my case, or giving me the best, most honest advice...because it was evident in all of my personal interactions with him and with his staff. He's the first one I will turn to in the future and someone I look forward to referring others to.

I am a single Dad with two kids and have been divorced for five years. My ex-wife remarried and had a baby. Mr. Salick was very responsive and knowledgable during the course of my case. He worked in a timely manner and simplified everything. He was very easily to get in contact with. No question was left unanswered. He wasn't concerned with getting more money in his pocket. His main concern was making... his client happy, and I feel he did just that.
